purse but rather than being repentant for being found out and offering to
reimburse the depleted purse, she’s asking the public to guard the
purse more securely so that greedy public servants like her cannot get
easy access to it? Does she have a moral compass?
Its like compelling the victim of robbery to fit competent alarm system!
