Council chiefs back ‘death tax’ to fund social care

Council chiefs back \’death tax\’ to fund social care

Camden was deemed the best in Adult Social Care by the Care Quality Commission. Did it measure this eventuality in all local governments given the Labour Government’s incompetence in managing the finances? If not why not?

Why is the Govt surreptitiously introducing yet another unkindest cut of all?

Why should the elders having contributed throughout their lives, save for those who have never worked, have to be in this position of Hobson’s Choice?

Is this the thinking of the Govt that came into power on promises of social inclusion, social trust, social capital, social justice and social mobility?
